10Weave up to the center bead of the first picot created. Pick up one 15°, one 11°, the bead cap, oval bead, and three 15° beads. Pass back through the oval, the bead cap, and the 11° bead. Pick up another 15° bead and pass back through the opposite end of the picot bead (Fig. 6).

11Pick up a crystal and 15° bead. Pass back through the crystal, into the opposite end of the picot bead, through the last bead of the picot sequence, and through the 11° bead (Fig. 7).

12Weave through all beads added in Step 10 to reinforce.

13Pass under the thread from a previous pass and tie an overhand knot. Repeat twice and trim thread.

14With the 5" (13 cm) tail thread, pass through the closest 15° bead in the center into the rondelle. Weave thread to the center picot opposite of the oval bead added in Step 10.

15Pick up one 15°, one 11°, coin pearl, one 11°, and seven 15° beads. Weave back through the 11° bead to create a connection loop, through the pearl, and 11° bead. Pick up another 15° bead and pass back through the opposite end of the picot bead (Fig. 8).
